Our Farm Store

Century Harvest Farm Store is a specialty market, coffee shop, and custom butcher shop, all in one! Our mission is to bring our farm fresh ingredients directly to your table while using your dollar to make an impact on food insecurity.

100% of the proceeds from the Farm Store directly goes towards helping empower, educate, and make a difference in the lives of those that we serve. Participants in our From the Ground Up program are directly involved in planting, harvesting, processing and packaging each of the value-added products found in the Farm Store.

The Farm Store is available to the community as a gathering space for meetings and events.

Farm Fresh Products

In addition to our core product offerings, the farm store has a rotating selection of seasonal produce, jarred products, and small-batch charcuterie and beef cuts.

Salami

Our Salami is made with 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef. This perfect combination of high-quality beef, red wine, and spices are then fermented and allowed to air dry for the richest flavor possible! A perfect additional to any meal.

Heirloom Tomato Jam

Our tomatoes are picked at the peak of summer, for the best in sweetness and acidity. With just enough natural sweetness and tang, this condiment is perfect for roasted pork, pasta, eggs, and charcuterie.

Heirloom Tomato Ketchup

We pick these tomatoes and concentrate their flavor down with just a bit of sweet and spice for our Heirloom Tomato Ketchup. Use it on burgers, hot dogs, and fries, or try some in soups, pasta sauces, and stews.

Pickled Green Beans

Our beans are made from fresh and flavorful stringless bean varieties harvested from our farm. Dried chili peppers add a spicy kick to our pickling recipe. The complex flavor and crisp texture make a great snack, complimenting side or eclectic ingredient.

Pickled Okra

Fresh okra, one of our favorite vegetables, is picked when small and tender, then hand-packed in a simple brine to keep the okra’s crunch. We add just a bit of kick and let its natural flavors shine in this great snack. Try it straight up, or slice a few into your favorite soups or salads.
